Mike Northcott

Mike qualified in November 1984 and for over 30 years he acted for local, regional and national homebuilders including on site acquisition, scheme set up and disposals. Mike was selected by his peers for inclusion in the Fifth Edition of The Best Lawyers in the United Kingdom for Property Law.
His work included:
- Acting for a national house builder on an acquisition (under joint venture) of a 250 unit site.
- Acting for a landowner on a promotion agreement leading to the disposal of a 500 unit site to national house builder.
- Advising landowners as part of a consortium in the disposal of land to a national house builders in a significant South Devon city expansion.
Outside of work and now retired from Stephens Scown, Mike continues to enjoy running, football and watching rugby with his family.
