Our informal employee ownership knowledge share group is now established and we’re continuing to break free from our siloes to share our stories, opportunities, successes, and challenges that we’ve experienced.

In this next meeting we will structure our conversations around a specific topic within the world of EO – the topic this time will be universal for all EO businesses: employee engagement.

We will facilitate knowledge sharing through an introductory group-session and then smaller breakout rooms, likely in this session to be divided up based on business size and the associated challenges with employee engagement that this brings.
