Stephens Scown is expanding its corporate team in response to client demand. The firm has recruited an experienced new partner. The work of the team has increased by 30 per cent over the last year.
Simon Morris joins the firm as a partner. Simon’s previous experience includes with a national law firm in Bristol, as part of the corporate team, and more recently for an international law firm, where he was part of the healthcare and commercial IT teams.
Simon has extensive experience in a wide range of corporate transactions, acting for businesses of all sizes, from owner managed enterprises to PLCs. His commercial experience is wide ranging, including advising on outsourcing and high value supply contracts.
