- Jeremy Gadd, Founder and MD of J Gadd Associates – Jeremy is an experienced leader, coach, mentor and independent trustee who thrives on supporting clients to leverage the benefits of being employee-owned. He founded JGA in 2014.
- Lisa Fryer, Associate at J Gadd Associates – Lisa is a dedicated governance professional and Independent Trustee who takes time to understand the key priorities for every business. She knows the value of structure, process and effective engagement, where leaders work with employee owners.
- Gavin Poole, Corporate Partner at Stephens Scown – Gavin undertakes a broad range of corporate work for individuals, families and corporates. Clients with succession plans have received advice from Gavin on employee ownership models and how they fit into the wider range of options. Gavin has advised businesses on improvements to existing employee ownership models as well as helping them move to the model itself. Gavin is an independent trustee for a recently transitioned media and events business.
- Catherine Carlton, Corporate Partner at Stephens Scown – Cat advises business owners and SMEs on employee ownership particularly tax advantaged employee ownership trusts and share schemes. Cat helps business owners decide if employee ownership is the right route for the business, the business owner and the employees.
