Tim is a partner and co-team leader of the firm’s Real Estate team.

Tim has a broad experience in property matters which includes development work (including site acquisition and disposal, freehold and leasehold set up, joint ventures, promotion agreements and option agreements), residential and housing association work. He also is a very experienced Residential property solicitor.

His work includes:

• Acting for a major mineral company in Cornwall in its land sales and auctions including overage/uplift provisions
• A large scale promotion and marketing agreement for residential developments.

In his spare time Tim enjoys octopush (underwater hockey) and music. He is also involved with various charities, both local and national.
