Anna is an associate in our Social Housing team and joined Stephens Scown in October 2022.

Anna is a member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEX) and will shortly become a fellow.

Prior to joining Stephens Scown, Anna was a residential conveyancer for over 7 years with a further 5 years as a paralegal. This experience has given Anna a wealth of knowledge across:

• Shared ownership purchase and sales
• Purchasing plots and dealing with lenders’ requirements
• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages and first registrations

Outside of work Anna enjoys socialising and travel, spending time with her family and taking her dog for walks.
