Anthony is an associate working within the Real Estate Team in Truro.

Following a career in the Royal Navy as an Aircrew Officer, Anthony commenced his training contract in March 2018; qualifying as a Solicitor in September 2019. He has worked primarily within the Commercial and Residential Property sectors.

His recent work includes:

• Acting for a land owner in the negotiation and grant of an option agreement over a large residential development site and subsequent exercise of the option
• Working for a multinational hotel group rectifying title issues prior to the submission of a planning application for an exclusive holiday resort
• Dealing with the variation of 21 leases at a luxury holiday resort, allowing the site owner to amend a planning proposal and re-develop the site into a luxury hotel and resort
• Acting for an investor in the purchase of a holiday barn complex to include the purchase of 14 acres of land and dealing with the re-finance of a separate site owned by the investor to finance the purchase.

Outside of the office Anthony enjoys playing many different sports in his spare time, mainly rugby, cricket, golf, racket sports and skiing. He also enjoys playing the guitar and piano as well as taking his dog Willow on walks around the coast.
