Antonia is a senior associate in the Commercial Real Estate team. Antonia qualified in January 2011 and advises a wide range of commercial real estate clients including developers, landlords, tenants and lenders.

Examples of her work include:

• Advising on title issues surrounding large scale strategic land acquisitions
• Advising local authorities regarding overages
• Advising on the sale of holiday parks
• Preparing sale packs for commercial leasehold developments
• Advising inter family property transfers including the provision of complex rights and reservations
• Advising on commercial leasehold acquisitions.

Outside of work Antonia enjoys spending time with her young family, running and gardening.
