Becky is an associate in our Intellectual Property, Data Protection and Technology team. She works on various intellectual property (IP) matters and heads up the Trade Marks sub-team.

Becky has experience in both contentious and non-contentious matters and advises clients from various sectors on trade mark protection in the UK and overseas. Her work includes looking after the day-to-day management of large trade mark portfolios and enforcement of the same, design rights, commercial contracts, terms and conditions, e-commerce and assists businesses with their brand commercialisation strategies.

Becky has a degree in the Study of Religions from Bath and is a qualified Chartered Legal Executive.
