Chantelle joined Stephens Scown in August 2024 as a solicitor in the Real Estate team, specialising in residential and rural property transactions.

She qualified in 2020 and has worked in the property sector for the last seven years, dealing with a mixture of residential, agricultural, and commercial transactions.

Some of Chantelle’s most recent work includes:

• Sale of a farmhouse and adjoining land.
• Purchase of agricultural buildings, stables, and land with the assistance of a mortgage.
• Purchase of bare land and woodland.
• Purchase of several Houses of Multiple Occupation (HMO) and student lets for an investor client.

Outside of work, Chantelle enjoys coastal or moor walks with her partner and dog and is a season ticket holder at Plymouth Argyle.
