Charlotte joined Stephens Scown in September 2022 and is a solicitor in our Employment team. Charlotte works across all aspects of employment, in particular working on the HRExpress service, employment tribunal litigation, general day-to-day employer/employee advice and settlement agreements and corporate support work.

Charlotte qualified in December 2024 and has previously completed seats in the Rural Property team, the Construction Disputes team, and the Employment team.

Charlotte is also the treasurer of firm’s Charity Committee.

Charlotte completed an undergraduate law degree at the University of Exeter in 2021 and completed the LPC LLM at ULaw in 2022, achieving a Distinction.

While completing the LPC Charlotte received the accolade of being one of the 10 top performing students.
