Ellie is a solicitor apprentice who works in our Social Housing team.

She works with both large and local housing associations and registered providers with their shared ownership work. Assisting with residential, commercial and public sector transactions, her work includes:

• Plot sales
• Resales
• Staircasing’s
• Open market disposals
• Lease extensions
• Buy-backs
• Auction packs

Ellie joined Stephens Scown in February 2022 after finishing her A-levels and is currently studying for her LLB with the University of Law as part of her apprenticeship.

Outside of work, she enjoys baking, going on walks with her dog, and playing darts for her local ladies’ team.
