Farida joined Stephens Scown in September 2024, working as a trainee solicitor in the Real Estate team’s specialist Woodlands & Mining subsector.

Having finished her LLB in 2022, some of her recent work includes:

• Reports on title
• Research
• Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) calculations
• Drafting deeds
• Transfers and contracts
• Reviewing title documents

Farida has worked as a Crown Court witness supporter and as an inhouse legal assistant in property law prior to joining Stephens Scown.

Outside of work, Farida enjoys running, and spending time at the gym and at the beach.
