Harriet joined Stephens Scown in September 2024, working as a paralegal in the Corporate team.

Graduating from the University of Exeter in July 2024 with a Bachelor of Laws with Honours in Law, some of her work includes:

• Assisting with the drafting of ancillary documents relating to the acquisition of shares and assets.
• Drafting key documents for share purchase agreements.
• Creating precedent lists for key documentation.

Outside of work, Harriet plays tennis and netball, and regularly attends the gym.
