Helen joined Stephens Scown in January 2024, working as a solicitor in the Commercial Dispute Resolution team.
Qualifying in 2022, Helen’s areas of expertise are in commercial and contractual disputes, with her work including:
- Shareholder disputes.
- Partnership disputes.
- Contractual disputes, e.g. between builders and consumers.
- Disputes involving consumer rights.
- Applications for strike out.
- Defending applications for strike out of a claim.
- Disputes regarding Consultancy Agreements etc.
Away from work, Helen enjoys being at home baking, and getting outside to spend time walking and running.
