Jessica joined Stephens Scown in August 2024, working as a paralegal in the Real Estate team as part of the Social Housing specialist subsector.
Having graduated from Swansea University, her work includes dealing with:
- New build shared ownership plots,
- Resales,
- Staircasing,
- Open market disposals.
Outside of work, Jessica enjoys reading, sea swimming, playing tennis, and watching other sports.
