Julie is a senior associate in our Residential Property team. She joined Stephens Scown in September 2022.

Julie provides expert legal advice across all types of residential property matters including first registrations, transfers of equity, equity release and leasehold matters.

Julie has a wealth of experience in high value property matters and multi-million pound properties.

Julie qualified as a solicitor in 2016 and is a former member of the DASLS non-contentious sub-committee.

Outside of work Julie enjoys coast path walking, sea swimming, badminton, general fitness, yoga, baking and various crafts including sewing and upholstery.
