Kennedy joined Stephens Scown in August 2024, working as a solicitor in the Dispute Resolution team as part of its Property Litigation subsector.

Since qualifying in 2023, she has specialised in the areas of property litigation for landlords and tenants.

Some of Kennedy’s recent work includes:

• Complex multi-track possession and disrepair claim.
• Advising on residential tenancies, Section 21 and Section 8 Notices.
• Contested and un-contested commercial lease renewals.

A member of the Property Litigation Association, she has also spent time undertaking commercial regulatory work advising on debt recovery and data protection.

Outside of work, Kennedy enjoys reading, Pilates, socialising with friends, and watching the Exeter Chiefs.
