Lauren joined Stephens Scown in June 2024 as a paralegal in the Corporate team.

Dealing mainly with mergers and acquisitions, her work also involves:

• Drafting ancillary documents.
• Complete research on matters.
• Undertaking work based on the sale of Independent Financial Advisors.

Graduating from the University of Plymouth, Lauren also spent time working for the University of Exeter doing pro-bono work for low-income clients creating SEND applications. She volunteers as a magistrate and is the youngest sitting magistrate in the South West.

Outside of work, Lauren enjoys spending time at the gym, and being around the coast with her two dogs.
