Lizzie joined Stephens Scown in April 2023, initially as a legal secretary in the Real Estate team, before starting work as a paralegal in January 2025.

She is working towards a law degree with the Open University while she studies in her free time. Her current work deals with:

• Resales
• Staircasing
• Open market disposals
• New build shared ownership plots.

Outside of work, Lizzie enjoys discovering new creative things to try. She particularly enjoys painting, finding it relaxing and rewarding.
