Lowenna Spears is a solicitor in our specialist Real Estate Development team in Truro.
Our specialist Real Estate Development Team regularly advise on:
- Acquisitions or disposal of land for residential or commercial development
- Acquisition or disposal of land with construction obligations (development agreements)
- Commercial landlord and tenant work including sales and grants of leases
- Property work on business sale and purchase transactions
- Disposals of developed land by freehold residential sales
- Residential sales and purchases
- Securing lending against property
Lowenna joined Stephens Scown in September 2019 as a paralegal and commenced her solicitor apprenticeship in September 2021. During her training, Lowenna had experience working in a variety of specialist teams on her journey to qualifying as a solicitor including Property Litigation, Inheritance and Trust Disputes and Woodlands and Mining. Lowenna qualified as a solicitor in December 2024.
When not at work, Lowenna is a keen gardener and crafter. Lowenna enjoys spending time with family and friends in the beautiful Cornish coast and countryside.
