Lowenna Spears joined Stephens Scown in September 2019 as a paralegal in Real Estate in Truro. Lowenna is now a graduate solicitor apprentice completing the Solicitor Qualifying Exams.

During her training, Lowenna has experience working in a variety of specialist teams on her journey to qualifying as a solicitor.

Lowenna has experience working in the following specialisms:

• Real Estate Development acting on land transactions involving both residential and commercial property.
• Property Litigation dealing with advice on easements and rights of way, commercial tenancy disputes and boundary issues.
• Inheritance and Trust Dispute dealing with contentious probate and disputes over the ownership of properties following the breakdown of a non-marital relationship.
• Woodlands and Mining advising both operators and landowners, dealing with forestry matters together with general commercial property work.

When not at work, Lowenna is a keen gardener and crafter. Lowenna enjoys spending time with family and friends in the beautiful Cornish coast and countryside.
