Michael Robinson is a chartered legal executive at Stephens Scown.

Mike has been a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives since 1993 and specialises in Estates, and has over 30 years experience in this area.

Mike joined Graham & Graham solicitors in 2003 which merged with Stephens Scown in 2007.

Recent examples of his work include:

• Obtaining a Grant of Probate in an estate where there were substantial lifetime gifts qualifying for agricultural relief which had to be disclosed to HMRC
• Obtaining a Grant of Letters of Administration in an estate where the executor unable to act, the will being proved by his Attorney ( both based in Northern Ireland)
• Dealing with complex inheritance issues within a number of linked estates.

Outside of work Mike enjoys spending lots of time with his family enjoying reading, watching films and sports.
