Molly is a solicitor in the Corporate team, joining Stephens Scown in 2022 and qualifying as a solicitor in December 2024.

Molly attended the University of Exeter where she obtained a degree in History before studying the GDL (BPP London Waterloo) and LPC at the University of Law (Bristol), achieving a distinction. Upon completion of the LPC Molly received an accolade for being one of the top 10 performing students in the Southwest.

Molly advises on a range of corporate matters including:

• Mergers and acquisitions
• Shareholders agreements
• Corporate governance and restructuring
• Share buybacks

While undertaking her training contract with the firm, Molly’s seats included Real Estate and Property Litigation.

Outside of work Molly enjoys running and walking the Southwest Coastal Path, as well as spending time with friends and family.
