Peta joined Stephens Scown in July 2024, working as an associate in the Dispute Resolution team with an expertise in Inheritance & Trust Disputes.

She qualified in 2005 and was awarded Private Client Practitioner’s Top 35 Under 35 when working in London, where she largely advised high-net worth non-UK domiciled individuals. Having worked on the non-contentious side of private client she is also well placed to advise on tax, trusts and estate planning matters. Peta is also a qualified criminal solicitor and has advised and represented clients in the Magistrates Courts in relation to a wide range of offences and understands the pressures that the court system can bring.

Outside of work, when not spending time with her three children, Peta enjoys riding and the great outdoors.
