Roisin works as a paralegal in the Real Estate team’s specialist Social Housing sector, joining in March 2024.

Roisin’s work includes:

• Acting for Registered Providers in shared ownership plot sales, resales, and staircasings.
• Acting for management companies and superior landlords on Deed of Covenant matters.
• Acting for Registered Providers in open market property disposals.

She graduated from University College London in 2022 with a BA in History.

Outside of work, Roisin enjoys engaging in politics, art, and travelling.

Roisin is a member of Stephens Scown’s charity committee.
