Rosenwyn is a solicitor apprentice in our Property Development team at Stephens Scown.

Rosenwyn joined Stephens Scown in January 2021 as an administrative assistant before becoming a solicitor apprentice. She is studying at the University of Law with the objective of qualifying as a solicitor in 2029.

Recent examples of Rosenwyn’s work include residential conveyancing of freehold and leasehold properties, and first registrations of unregistered land at Land Registry.

Outside of work Rosenwyn enjoys making the most of the coast by paddle boarding during summer.
