Tegan is a solicitor apprentice in our Corporate team who originally joined Stephens Scown as a paralegal in October 2022.
Tegan graduated from the University of Exeter (Cornwall) with an LLB Law with Business in July 2022.
She specialises in:
- Commercial contracts and terms and conditions
- Charity incorporations
- Company incorporations
Recent work includes:
- Advising on and drafting general terms of business across a range of sectors
- Supporting charities by providing structuring and governance advice
- Drafting Articles of Association
- Assisting with share purchase / asset purchase agreements
Outside of work, Tegan enjoys seeing as much of Cornwall as she can through outdoors running, sea swimming and coastal walks.
