Victoria joined Stephens Scown in August 2024, working as a senior associate in the Private Client team.

Qualifying in 2014, Victoria is a highly experienced solicitor with a thorough understanding of all areas of private client work. She has a particular expertise in estate and succession planning for high net worth clients and administering complex estates.

Victoria’s practice includes acting for those in the farming community and the specialist knowledge this requires, favouring a collaborative approach to put her clients and the continuity of their family business in the best position possible.

• Tax & succession planning, to include advising on the availability of Agricultural Property Relief and Business Property Relief
• Deeds of Variation
• Probate and estate administration
• Powers of Attorney and advice on mental incapacity

Victoria is a member of the Society for Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), and the Agricultural Land Association (ALA).

Outside of work, Victoria enjoys keeping active and exploring the beautiful coastline and countryside of the Southwest.
