Victoria is an associate in the Property Litigation team. Victoria joined Stephens Scown in 2015 after completing her law degree at the University of Winchester and qualified in August 2020.

Victoria deals with a range of contentious property matters including, but not limited to, commercial and residential tenancy disputes, issues regarding rights of way and adverse possession claims. Examples of her recent work include:

• Advice in relation to misrepresentation following the sale of a property
• Advice regarding the release of Right to Buy covenants
• The drafting of possession claims.

Outside of work Victoria enjoys cooking, exploring the Cornish coastline and spending time with family & friends.
