We are delighted to have won a prestigious Excellence in Marketing and Communications award in the Law Society Excellence Awards 2015.
Our marketing team beat off stiff competition from other firms around the country to scoop the award at a glittering ceremony held at the Hilton Hotel on Park Lane in London last week.
The Law Society, which is the independent professional body for solicitors throughout England and Wales, praised the firm for “using local insight on issues that mattered to the local community” and making sure that measuring success was at the heart of its campaigns. The year marked a step change in marketing for the firm, with several innovative campaigns setting it apart. “From milk-moustache selfies to a buy local Christmas campaign, the firm made excellent use of social media to attract new clients, producing a winning formula,” it said.
Commenting on the award, Mandy Reynolds, Director of Marketing at Stephens Scown, said: “We were thrilled to win this award, particularly as the standard of entries was so high. Our marketing efforts are all about supporting the key sectors in our region, as the region’s success is integral to our success as a firm too. We’re very proud of our South West identity. We really want to engage with our clients and social media is an important tool to do this.
