In a night where the leading South West law firm was shortlisted in six categories across regional and national awards, Stephens Scown has been recognised as the Best Legal Services provider at the Exeter Living Awards and was Highly Commended in the Client Care Award category at the Modern Law Awards.
At a glittering Exeter Living Awards on 7 March, where the firm was shortlisted in three categories – including Employer and Sustainability – the employee-owned and B Corp™ Certified law firm, Stephens Scown, was recognised as ‘An Exeter Powerhouse’, which has had an excellent year ‘underpinned by enhanced internal systems and a highly attentive approach to clients.’

The award was collected by Abigail Grace from the firm’s specialist Immigration team and Emily Smith from the firm’s Intellectual Property and Data Protection team. Stephens Scown is also shortlisted for three awards at the Lexis Nexis Awards on 14 March in the categories of sustainability, wellbeing, and customer focus and Verity Slater, Board member, Partner in the firm’s Employment team and head of the firm’s B Corp™ champion group is up for ESG Champion (Private Practice) at the Legal 500 ESG Awards taking place on 24 April.
